4. Means of payment is by cheque or on-line through PAYPAL. Paypal order details and relevant costs are forwarded to you by Email with the addition of a PAYPAL button to be used as a registered Paypal user or by credit card.

We do not see any transaction credit card details, these lie solely with paypal and your connection with them.

5. Your statutory rights are not affected, but otherwise all purchases are non exchangeable, non refundable and non transferable once the artwork has been approved and accepted.

1. KC - aims to despatch your order as per your order specification agreed to on confirmation of order acceptance.

2. Delivery costs are shown on various items, where these are not indicated you must make yourself aware of these costs before committing to purchase.

1. As most KC products are personalised we can only accept returns of products in their original condition within 10 day's of despatch, at the discretion of our customer services manager provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect.



1. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, we shall post the new version on the website, when we do so we will mention the fact on our home page. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.
